Service Description

15 minutes studio time with 10 digital downloads included. You'll also receive a generous 25% discount on orders placed on this shoot. This shoot is for up to 6 people. You and your children are your responsibility in the studio. It is a working studio with potentially hot lights, a background that drapes from the wall and cables. Please make sure you keep control of any child that is likely to try and grab equipment. Any breakages will need replacing and be the responsibility of the person making the booking. There are NO customer toilet facilities. In an emergency there is a toilet you are able to use. This involves walking through an office room and using stairs. I ask people try and come prepared for the shoot having already been to the loo. The studio has stairs (no lift) so a location shoot is recommended for anybody unable to get upstairs.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking Carrie Austin Photography. As your booking has taken space from my diary and possibly affected locations of bookings around your time it is essential you let me know if you can't attend with as much notice as possible. Photosession fees are none refundable but if you cancel before the 48 hours ahead of your date I am happy to credit what you have paid as a voucher to use within 3 months allowing you to rebook (NOT APPLICABLE TO WEDDINGS, CHRISTENINGS or SLIME PARTIES). If you for some reason don't show up to your photosession or have to cancel within the 48 hours before your shoot then the lowest price shoot will be deducted and the rest credited (For example you wouldn't lose your whole sitting fee for a no show of £85 if another person would lose £50 so as not to make you nervous about booking a bigger bundle).
