Service Description

These sessions are ONLY available between 15th November and 15th December. Only select dates from these 4 weeks. UPTO 6 PEOPLE per shoot. The studio will have 3 sets created. Set 1 Bed Suggested dresscode PJs or plain Tshirt. Matching or similar is best. Set 2 and 3 Suggested dresscode Similar knitwear/jumpers and plain shirts/tshirts £45 RUDOLPH Up to 15 minutes studio time 1 STUDIO SET 2 digital imageS £95 CRACKER Up to 30 minutes studio time 2 STUDIO SETS* 10 digital images £175 SLEDGE Up to ONE HOUR studio time 3 STUDIO SETS* 25 digital images 2 x 12"x8" prints 8 x 8"x6" prints £395 SNOWBALL Up to ONE HOUR studio time UPTO 3 STUDIO SETS* ALL digital images 30"X20" CANVAS *IF TIME ALLOWS INCLUDES PRIVATE ONLINE GALLERY WHERE YOU CAN PURCHASE MORE DIGITAL AND PRODUCTS FROM YOUR SHOOT. BOOKING TIME PLEASE ARRIVE READY AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE CHANGING AREA IS WITHIN THE STUDIO AND THERE IS A VERY SMALL WAITING AREA AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS. ANY CHANGES WILL BE WITHIN THE STUDIO TIME OF YOUR BOOKING SO PLEASE MAKE OUTFIT CHANGES AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE. ‘UPTO’ MAY MEAN WE DON’T NEED THE FULL TIME. TIME FOR THE PHOTOSESSION VARIES DEPENDING ON A FEW FACTORS. THE TIME GIVEN IS THE MAXIMUM TIME YOU WILL BE AT THE STUDIO FOR. PLEASE BOOK A LONGER SHOOT IF YOU FEEL THE SHOOT TIME IS TOO SHORT. ACCESS THE STUDIO IS UPSTAIRS WITH NO LIFT. THERE ARE NO CUSTOMER TOILETS BUT THERE IS A STAFF TOILET IF NEEDED URGENTLY. LATE ARRIVAL PHOTOSESSIONS RUN FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME FOR THE DURATION OF THE BOOKING. LATE ARRIVALS WHEN NOTIFIED MAY HAVE THEIR TIME CUT SHORT TO ACCOMODATE OTHER APPOINTMENTS. IF NO MESSAGE IS RECEIVED AND YOU ARE NOT HERE WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE CLASSED AS A NO SHOW. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS THE VALUE OF THE LOWEST PRICE PACKAGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PACKAGE AND THE REMAINDER SHALL BE GIVEN AS STUDIO CREDIT. TIME WILL HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM MY BOOKING SYSTEM AS WELL AS PLANS MADE AROUND YOUR APPOINTMENT. BRINGING CHILDREN CHILDREN REMAIN YOUR RESPONIBILITY. YOU ARE COMING TO A WORKING PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO WITH EQUIPMENT, BACKGROUND AND PROPS. IF I FEEL THEY ARE IN ANY DANGER OR ABLE TO CAUSE ANY DAMAGE DUE TO NOT BEING SUPERVISED I WILL END THE PHOTOSESSION WITH NO COMPENSATION TO YOU. PLEASE REMAIN VIGILANT. THE STUDIO IS NOT A PLAY CENTRE. CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY PART OF THE STUDIO WITHOUT AN ADULT (THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: THE STAIRS, LANDING AND TOILET)

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking Carrie Austin Photography. As your booking has taken space from my diary and possibly affected locations of bookings around your time it is essential you let me know if you can't attend with as much notice as possible. Photosession fees are none refundable but if you cancel before the 48 hours ahead of your date I am happy to credit what you have paid as a voucher to use within 3 months allowing you to rebook (NOT APPLICABLE TO WEDDINGS, CHRISTENINGS or SLIME PARTIES). If you for some reason don't show up to your photosession or have to cancel within the 48 hours before your shoot then the lowest price shoot will be deducted and the rest credited (For example you wouldn't lose your whole sitting fee for a no show of £85 if another person would lose £50 so as not to make you nervous about booking a bigger bundle).
